仲介業者許家畯指出，若台灣與國際接軌「零收費政策」，將迫使傳統勞力密集產業正視轉型問題。過去雇主在使用移工時成本相對低廉，但若未來必須支付仲介公司服務費，整體成本勢必上升，業者可能因此減少依賴外籍移工。「這將產生以量治價的效果，促使業者重新思考用工模式，並加速導入自動化、人工智慧與機器人技術。」
